I accept Altus, Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian. On a case by case basis, I freely cover victims of physical abuse. Please check your insurance coverage with my secretary in advance.
My hours at Kurban & Fereidouni are Tuesdays and Fridays 8-5 pm. My hours at Red Rock Dental in North Shore are Mondays and Thursdays 8-6pm, and Wednesdays 8-3pm.
